Remote Deck SME: Master/Chief Mate, Unlimited Tonnage

River Tech, an Akima company, seeks an experienced Top-Level Deck Mariner SME to support the USCG National Maritime Center in Martinsburg, WV. The role evaluates courses and programs for approval and drafts responses on conformance of mariner training. The candidate should have extensive senior deck officer experience aboard ocean-going vessels and hold or have held a USCG MMC at the unlimited-tonnage level, with a minimum of five years at sea. Hybrid work arrangement offered.
