Manufacturing Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to perform product dispositions, process improvements, monitor statistical process controls, and update and resolve process problems by following documented procedures. Set-up and qualify assembly process equipment Review and respond to quality issues Coach, train, and assist factory operators in order to enhance productivity. Identify and address potential areas for improvement relating to safety, quality, output, and cost.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline is preferred.1+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with operations, equipment support, and engineering in a dynamic, team-based environment. Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods. This factory position requires wearing cleanroom attire and protective equipment; Bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time during a 12 hour shift will be required.
