To support the ministry's outreach efforts, the part-time remote Wyldlife Mission Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and direct ministry activities while fostering relationships with middle school students and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in spiritual development activities and maintain relationships within the Young Life community
Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while developing a yearly ministry strategy
Engage in direct ministry work, including contact work and planning Young Life clubs and campaignsRequired QualificationsProven relational skills with both kids and adults
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
College degree preferred
Active participation in a church community
