Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support and training to our clients and their families. In this role, you will be able to craft your own schedule!

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members. Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment goals. Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans as needed. Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Requirements: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Ability to handle a caseload up to 35 billable hours per week Experience with parent trainings is a must Experience with billing and insurance companies is a must Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis. Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques. Commitment to ethical conduct and professional development.
