Education Support Specialist—Student Success & Inclusion

West Carrollton City Schools is seeking a paraprofessional to assist certified staff in the classroom, reinforce reading, math and language arts, and support special needs students. The role includes supervising students and helping with instructional activities to enable teachers to focus on curriculum development. Under supervision, you will contribute to safe and orderly classrooms, travel between school sites when required, and support parent communication as requested.
