Our Performance Standard On time means early. Equipment is prepared, protected, and spotless. Charts and required documentation are complete before the team leaves the site. The doctor is supported proactively. Same-day treatment is executed efficiently whenever clinically appropriate. Patients and families feel informed, valued, and cared for. Compensation Base pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience, credentials, capability, and execution readiness. Performance opportunity: $10,000–$35,000+ annually for measurable contribution.
