Associate - Litigation Class Action

Duties: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions. Manage complex cases from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies. Participate in court hearings, depositions, and trials. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development and community involvement.

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm. Experience with class action defense in securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation. Experience managing multi-matter dockets. Previous federal clerkship preferred. Strong persuasive legal writing skills. Experience with large-scale discovery. Education Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications: Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and good professional judgment. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Excellent organizational skills and persuasive communication.
