SafeSplash is seeking a Customer Care Associate to greet families, support lead conversion and retention, and keep front desk operations running smoothly. This on-site role requires energetic, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with children and parents. Responsibilities include administrative duties, attendance tracking, tours, and handling inquiries with empathy. CPR/First Aid/AED certifications must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Flexible hours and training are provided.
