What You’ll Do: Monitor and helpstudents’progress in completion of homeworkand with executive functioningskills. Communicate with teachers and parents on student progress. Promote a positive social environment for students. Adaptsupportto meet each learner’s needs. Mentor each student and support their social-emotional growth. Contribute to campus life or culture. Keep student recordsaccurateand organized. Invest in your own growth through reflection, feedback, and ongoing professional development. Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degreerequired; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus. Ability and willingness tosupport students witha wide range ofassignments. Experienceworking with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges. Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning. Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to function in a high-paced environment, be calm and open for feedback, as well as a self-starter. Ability to build rapport with studentswhilemaintainingauthority, boundaries, and discipline. Mustmaintaina clean and organized milieu space for students to learn.
