Move-In Concierge for Senior Living

Waltonwood Novi is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to welcome residents warmly and coordinate with families, physicians, and pharmacies for a safe, timely transition. The role reports to the Executive Director and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure a smooth move-in and ongoing resident satisfaction within our Administrative Department.
