Responsibilities: Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings through ongoing training and development. Utilize company-provided leads and marketing support to maximize sales opportunities. Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes. Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed. Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs. Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
Requirements:
  • Active Health & Life Insurance License
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings
