Engine Leasing Vice President

Responsibilities: Manage short-term engine leasing transactions, extensions, and related commercial agreements Build and strengthen relationships with airline customers, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver efficient transaction execution and timely commercial outcomes Drive portfolio performance through revenue optimisation, asset utilisation, and commercial planning Support operational improvements, reporting initiatives, and market analysis to enhance portfolio performance

Requirements: Significant experience with a minimum of 10 years in engine leasing or aircraft leasing Strong commercial judgement with the ability to analyse data and support informed business decisions Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and engaging senior internal and external stakeholders Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable delivering results across multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
