Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a Cognitive/Behavioral Neurologist to join a highly respected, multidisciplinary team delivering innovative care across Northern California. Providers will have the opportunity to shape the future of cognitive neurology while focusing on cognitive health, dementia, and memory disorders in a patient-centered model. This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options and the chance to work alongside leading subspecialists at premier brain health centers. Practice InfoRay Dolby Brain Health Center at CPMCRay Dolby Brain Health Center - San Francisco & NovatoSutter Neuroscience Institute Memory Clinic - Sacramento Practice locations in San Francisco (Castro Street & Duboce Avenue) and Novato (Rowland Way) Integrated care teams including neurology, neuropsychology, social work, and advanced practice clinicians Fully integrated EPIC EMR across both clinic and hospital settings

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care for patients with cognitive impairment and neurological conditions
Collaborate closely with subspecialists in memory disorders, movement disorders, epilepsy, stroke, and neurosurgery
Participate in a multidisciplinary model that supports both patients and families
Option to engage in program development, clinical research, or leadership initiatives
Compensation$318,000/Yr. - $415,000/Yr.

Cognitive Neurology Fellowship preferred
