This is an excellent opportunity for a PT with an interest in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and injury rehabilitation.
The Opportunity:
The practice primarily treats patients recovering from accidents and injuries, including conditions involving the neck, back, spine, and extremities. Physical therapy and chiropractic care are provided in a collaborative clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions
- Address pain, mobility limitations, and functional impairments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Develop home exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Support a positive, professional patient experience
Qualifications:
✔️ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent✔️ Current NJ PT license or eligibility for NJ licensure✔️ Strong knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills✔️ Patient-centered approach✔️ Outpatient, orthopedic, or injury-rehabilitation experience preferred Highlights⭐ $110K–$115K+ full-time salary⭐ Full-time or part-time options⭐ Outpatient setting⭐ Primarily accident and injury rehabilitation⭐ Neck, back, spine, and extremity cases⭐ Collaborative physical therapy and chiropractic environment⭐ Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery
