This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing employers in sophisticated employment litigation, workplace investigations, and labor and employment counseling matters. Ideal Background Attorneys inlaw school classes 2020–2024are encouraged to apply Experience representing employers inlabor and employment litigation, counseling, and workplace investigationsgained at a sophisticated law firm Experience handling disputes involvingdiscrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, and wrongful termination Experience drafting dispositive motions, discovery requests and responses, briefs, and other litigation filings Experience advising clients before federal, state, and local administrative agencies, including theEEOC and state labor agencies, is preferred Experience advising employers regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Experience conducting internal investigations and counseling clients on workplace issues is a plus Experience drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies is preferred Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients Excellent academic credentialsJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Sophisticated global labor & employment platform Exposure to complex employment litigation and counseling matters Significant client interaction and responsibility Opportunity to advise premier multinational employers Strong mentorship and professional development Collaborative AmLaw 50 environment
