Route Sales Representatives deliver our quality products to customers in defined areas. These customers value our superior, personalized service. Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed as an Individual and as part of a Team. Delivery routes involve the sale of a variety of products to established customers who consistently purchase specific items for their home or office. Requirements:
- Delivery Route Experience Preferred
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
- Integrity and Dependability
- Strong Communication and Organizational SkillsAt least 21 years old, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving-related convictions in the last 5 years
- Technical/Functional Skills:
- Basic Math and Communication SkillsBasic Computer Operation (Tablet or Smartphone)
- Sales or Negotiation Techniques a Plus
- Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills
- Knowledge of the hub city and surrounding areas for routing purposes
