Izzio is the #1 in-store bakery bread brand and the #1 sourdough brand, with products sold in grocery stores nationwide. They bake real sourdough using long fermentation and traditional artisan techniques. As Izzio continues to grow, this leader will help scale its craft with care, ensuring the equipment, technology, and engineering teams are positioned to support continued expansion.
