Providing direct client contact and support, the full-time Senior Research Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, assist with escalated inquiries, and mentor junior team members while working remotely.

Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, banking, finance, mortgage lending, or a related field Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to create, edit, and analyze spreadsheets and emails Ability to handle escalated inquiries and provide effective solutions Experience in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
