Financial Reporting Analyst

Join a high-performing Financial Reporting team responsible for the preparation, review, and delivery of fund financial statements, shareholder reports, annual audits, and SEC filings across a diverse range of investment vehicles. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP, fund accounting, financial reporting, and derivative investments while helping ensure accurate, timely client deliverables. This is a long term contract that is hybrid 3 days per week in Chicago Key Responsibilities Review fund financial statements, schedules of investments, and shareholder reports for registered and non-registered funds. Coordinate annual and semi-annual reporting cycles, audits, and SEC filing requirements. Partner with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Provide technical guidance on U.S. GAAP, ASC 815/820, derivatives, and complex investment products. Support staff development and oversee reporting workflows, deadlines, and quality standards.
