Community Health Specialist III

Pay Range: $26.56-$33.20 Per HRThis position is a contract role. This role requires an associate's degree or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of one year experience in community health or related fields. Customer service experience with outreach and engagement skills. Knowledge of Medicaid/Medi-Cal, Covered California, Medicare, or Medicare Dual Special Needs Plans. At least one year of experience in marketing or social media. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus. Understanding of Medi-Cal populations and local community resources. Bilingual proficiency in English and another community language preferred. CPR certification required within 120 days of hire. Training in de-escalation and emergency procedures required.
