Key responsibilities:
Review distribution requests and supporting documentation for accuracy and operational readiness before initiating payments
Coordinate cash distribution workflows, including preparing payment instructions and monitoring payment statuses
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in fund and investor data, escalating material issues as necessary
Required qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment operations
Experience in middle- or back-office operations for private investment funds, particularly with distributions and investor operations
Understanding of private fund structures and the operational relationship between funds and investors
Experience with high-volume, detail-oriented operational processes requiring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for working with financial data and large datasets
