Responsibilities: Analyze market trends and top account production to identify new business opportunities. Represent the hotel professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand reputation and drive business. Partner with Revenue Management to develop and adjust group and LNR rate strategies that optimize Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) and overall profitability. Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across corporate, group, and leisure market segments. Identify, generate, and nurture leads through brand channels, management company resources, and third‑party platforms.

Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed. Exceptional customer service and relationship‑building skills. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals within the hospitality industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel sales platforms, including CRM and sales automation systems. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Compensation
