The team is known for quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and long-term stability.Position OverviewWe are seeking a lead-skilled and reliable Floor & Tile Installer to join a growing team. This role involves installing a variety of flooring and tile materials in residential remodeling projects, primarily kitchens and bathrooms. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and other flooring materialsMeasure, cut, and properly fit materials to project specificationsPrepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesivesLayout tile patterns and ensure proper alignmentGrout, seal, and finish tile installationsRemove old flooring and dispose of materials properlyMaintain a clean and safe job siteCollaborate with team members, contractors, and customers as neededQualificationsMUST have a min of 5 years experience specifically in flooring and tile installation. *Required (will need to provide portfolio of previous work)Strong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to read measurements and work from project plansPhysical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periodsReliable transportation to job sites in the Huntington areaDependable with a strong work ethic
