AWT has the following position open in our Garner, North Carolina location: The schedule for this position is Wednesday-Thursday-Friday, Hours are - 5 am - 5 pm. Additional days and hours may be necessary due to production requirements.
Required Job Duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Operate a RFID Converting machine.2. Fill out Production Traveler.3. Must keep equipment and work area clean to avoid potential hazardous conditions.4. Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.5. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.6. Visually check each roll for correctness and free of defects.7. Work with other press operators and/or management, when necessary, to achieve desired results. Tools, Equipment, Machines, and Office Equipment:1. RFID converting machine, RFID readers
Qualifications:
1. Must be able to read job orders correctly for desired customer results.2. Must have basic mathematic skills.3. Dependability - must be reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.4. Cooperation is important and requires being pleasant with other employees on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.5. Adaptability/Flexibility - Job requires being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerablevariety in the workplace.
