Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat patients with retinal diseases and disorders Perform surgical procedures as needed Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of retinal surgery and medicine Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Communicate effectively with patients and their families QualificationsMedical degree from an accredited institution Completion of a residency in ophthalmology Fellowship training in Surgical Retina Board certification in ophthalmology Eligible for or holding a California medical license Excellent surgical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment
