California Senior Counsel

Seeking an experienced California Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage litigation cases, develop case strategies, and provide mentorship while working collaboratively within a growing team in the Inland Empire. Key responsibilitiesIndependently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials Develop compelling case themes and maintain routine communications with clients Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationshipsRequired qualificationsJD from an ABA-approved school and active California Bar license 8+ years of solid litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation First- or second-chair trial experience is highly valued Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
