Key responsibilities: Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote work environment

Required qualifications: Master's level degree and licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred Ability to work from a private space that meets HIPAA requirements
