Finance Director – GAAP, Budgeting & Loan Servicing

Maine Housing is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and loan servicing accounting. You will ensure GAAP compliance, lead the finance team, and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership and Board of Commissioners. You will manage annual budgets, coordinate audits, and oversee relationships with banks, auditors, and vendors, while driving financial policy and controls across the organization.
