Inside Sales Representative, New Business / Account Executive No driving. No territory. Just you, a phone, and uncapped commission. Most sales jobs that pay $160K+ come with a car, a territory, and a lot of windshield time. This one doesn’t. You'll work from our HQ just north of Seattle, picking up the phone to win new business from restaurants, distributors, and independent grocers. Most already buy what we sell from someone else, so your job is to earn the switch. Some calls are quick. Many are real conversations about pricing, supply, and what the buyer needs, and those are the calls that close. You also won't be starting cold. On day one, you take over a group of loyal accounts from a long-time rep who is retiring, and those accounts carry the highest commission rate in the company.
