Key responsibilities:
Assist clients via phone and email with system login, navigation, and task execution
Train clients on system functionalities, including searches and exports
Fulfill account management requests such as account creations and project access
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, or related fields
Multilingual in English and at least one of the following: German, Mandarin, or Cantonese
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365 applications
ITAR clearance required
