Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities, coordinating across various functional leads Partner with Corporate Development during due diligence to identify integration risks and influence the integration roadmap Serve as the central legal contact between the Commercial Legal team and specialized functions, ensuring integration milestones are met

Required qualifications: J.D. and active State Bar membership in good standing 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration and legal operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment Extensive experience in complex SaaS transactions and a strong understanding of global privacy laws Proven ability to design commercial integration frameworks and manage operational transitions for acquired teams Exceptional project management skills and a passion for process improvement
