Assistant Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities to maintain progress and quality Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols Coordinate project schedules among subcontractors and teams Oversee quality control measures throughout construction phases Manage subcontractor performance and communications Handle material deliveries and inventory to avoid delays Prepare daily reports documenting site progress and issues Identify and resolve on-site problems promptly Coordinate inspections to meet regulatory and project standards
