Job Description Are you goal-driven, persuasive, and ready to make an impact? Join Perma-Seal Basement Systems, a trusted name in home solutions, and help us connect with our large existing customer base to promote our new insulation services. We're looking for an in-office Appointment Setter who is more than just friendly on the phone-you're a closer. Someone who knows how to guide a conversation, meet call goals, and convert interest into scheduled appointments. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do:
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and schedule free insulation service inspections
  • Close calls by meeting weekly appointment-setting goals and KPIsFollow up via phone and email to generate strong leads (customer lists provided!)Accurately log interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings via Google Meet

Full-time
On-site: Flexible schedule with performance expectations$20 Hourly + Bonus!
What You Bring:
  • A results-oriented mindset and drive to meet or exceed goals
  • Confidence and skill in closing outbound calls by setting appointments
  • Strong phone presence with professional communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • High school diploma or GED
