Pipeline Transportation of Natural GasNatural Gas DistributionAll Other Pipeline TransportationAs a full-time remote Natural Gas Scheduler / Cash Trader, the successful candidate will manage daily physical next-day and intra-day cash trading, oversee pipeline nominations and logistics, and optimize portfolio asset management while collaborating closely with the trading team.
Key responsibilities:
Execute daily next-day and intra-day physical natural gas trades while managing portfolio positions and pipeline capacity
Submit accurate nominations across pipeline Electronic Bulletin Boards (EBBs) and monitor pipeline operations to prevent penalties
Optimize portfolio value by managing pipeline transportation capacity and tracking daily imbalances and cash-out provisions
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a quantitative field
3+ years of experience in physical natural gas scheduling, with at least 1 year of executing intra-day/next-day trades
Strong familiarity with physical natural gas scheduling on pipeline networks, especially NNG and NGPL
Operational experience with ETRM platforms and transport settlement reconciliation
Availability for a rotating weekend and evening on-call schedule to manage gas flows and emergencies
