PROJECT MANAGER - Concrete Construction We Search People are looking for a Project Manager to join our client based near Deerfield Beach & Miami, Florida. They are a very well established and award-winning Concrete Construction Contractor, who work on Ground-Up and Renovation projects including large hotels, universities, multi-family and government buildings. They are offering a long-term permanent position working within an excellent culture. This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to a generous benefits package and bonus.
THE ROLE:
The successful Project Manager must possess the knowledge, experience, and self-confidence to engage and professionally interact with consultants and clients alike. Crucial to this position is having the inner drive and ability to daily communicate/coordinate with each superintendent overseeing the active projects. A significant part of this role will also include routine dialogue with subcontractors/suppliers partnered up on active projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes, and abilities:4+ years experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor OR a Concrete Sub-Contractor Knowledge & experience of large concrete projects College or university degree in a construction-related field Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills This is a long-term position offering an exciting progression route.
