Skilled Cable Assembler - 2nd Shift

Skilled Cable Assembler Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Skilled Cable Assemblers for a power distribution equipment manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll help assemble high-quality cable products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting critical infrastructure projects. What You'll Do as a Skilled Cable Assembler: Assemble cable products according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing specifications Read, comprehend, and follow process sheets, work instructions, and SOPsSet up, operate, and use hand tools required for cable assembly tasks Perform quality inspections and checks to ensure products meet specifications Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the production process Maintain a safe work area and follow all required PPE and safety guidelines Complete additional duties and projects as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Skilled Cable Assembler Role: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Basic math skills and the ability to interpret process sheets and work instructions Ability to read, write, and understand English Reliable transportation to Faribault, MNWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
