We're growing our Cleveland team and looking for a Marketing Associate who's ready to do meaningful work from day one. This isn't a behind-the-desk role. You'll be on the ground, building real connections with real people on behalf of causes that matter.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Representing nonprofit client campaigns through direct customer engagement
- Building genuine rapport and delivering professional customer experiences
- Communicating campaign information clearly and confidently
- Supporting daily acquisition targets and team performance goals
- Participating in regular coaching and development sessions
