Key Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services to a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in call coverage, with fair and balanced scheduling to ensure a manageable workload between your own cases and team based care Perform outpatient surgical procedures in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), often with a lifestyle-focused schedule that excludes nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities Support quality assurance, utilization review, and clinical improvement initiatives Collaborate with CRNAs and colleagues in a rotation of back-up anesthesia coverage Engage in a supportive and collegial environment with opportunities for professional growth Regional skills are preferred No hearts, no trauma, no transplants
