East US Sales Manager (Folding carton)

Location: Remote - based in the Chicago, Dallas, or New York areas We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commodity Folding carton (Folding Box Board) sales efforts across the Eastern United States. This is an individual contributor position with no people management responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader with strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and a solid network in the folding carton converting sector. The successful candidate will be a highly field-oriented commercial professional who enjoys spending significant time with customers face-to-face, understanding their product and manufacturing requirements, developing new opportunities, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Folding box board Drive revenue growth across key accounts in the East USBuild and maintain strong relationships with converters end users Identify and pursue new business opportunities in related segments Lead pricing, volume, and service-level negotiations Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure top-tier customer support Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in folding carton, or related packaging sectors Established network of customers (especially in converting)Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel regionally Fluency in English required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, or a related field preferred The successful candidate will be appointed through Charta Global, APP Group's exclusive sales channel for the US and Latin America. 🌱 Sustainability & Why Join APPSustainability is at the heart of APP’s operations.
