Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications: Required experience by practice area: - Construction Transactions & Litigation: 3+ years in construction contracts and litigation - Emerging Companies & Venture Capital: 2–4 years transactional experience - Employment Litigation: 5+ years of employment litigation; Oregon Bar preferred - Government Contracts: 3–6 years advising on federal procurement and grants - Labor: 4–6 years in labor relations and workplace disputes - Mergers & Acquisitions: 3–5 years supporting M&A transactions Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills Experience with multi-jurisdictional matters or national clients Familiarity with industry-specific regulations such as construction, startups, or federal contracting Demonstrated commitment to client service and ongoing professional growth Associate Attorney Day-to-
