Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly close activities related to manufacturing operations
Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation (or working toward CPA) preferred
5+ years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
