Fractional Cold Caller (Part-time Sr. SDR) with Outbound Operators

Location: Remote Global (U.S. hours)

Term: One month

Role Overview: As a fractional cold caller, you will be responsible for completing 10-12 connects per day. You will engage in new account outreach exclusively cold-calling. The list, tools, script, training, and everything you need will be provided. You just have to make dials.

Key Responsibilities: Have 10-12 connects per day (on 50-60 dials per day (~2hrs) Will use our disposition methodology to document outcomes

Our Interview Process: 1) Apply in the section below (don't leave anything out).2) (if qualified) You'll get a 10 minute phone call to answer questions and verify fit.3) (REQUIRED) Live Calling Session: This is our pre-certification process. Once you are pre-certified we'll be able to continuously offer you more cold calling gigs as they come up. It's a 2-hour live cold calling session where we set you up in our system with a list, dialer, and script, and you will get to show off your cold calling skills. Expect to have 10-15 conversations.4) Offer and set start date
