Hotel General Manager - Lead Growth & Guest Excellence

Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a General Manager to oversee hotel operations and all outlets, including F&B, sales, engineering and accounting. The GM leads the Executive Committee and drives revenue, guest satisfaction and brand standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, at least 3 years in Rooms or F&B, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of maximizing RevPAR and profitability in a 24/7 operation.
