Location: Retail Grocery Store

Job Description: The seafood associate is responsible for increasing customer trust and loyalty by providing them with courteous and fast service, consistent operational conditions, and a friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities: Provide continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner. Offer product suggestions when appropriate. Store and rotate departmental products to ensure freshness and date control; restock and utilize supplies efficiently to eliminate waste and maintain the lowest supply cost. Operate department equipment and tools. Maintain the work area clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards; report to management about defective equipment and hazards. Notify management about team member theft, customer theft, unauthorized discounts, property deterioration, or any action that is illegal and/or against company policy. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same. Successful completion of pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
