Work Environment: This position is full-time and primarily onsite, allowing you to work directly in the homes of our clients. Your flexible working hours will be a significant advantage, offering options such as 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities: As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess individual patient needs and functional limitations. Designing and implementing personalized therapy plans based on evaluation results, ensuring they align with each patient's goals. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize recovery and functional improvement. Educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery. Documenting patient progress meticulously and maintaining compliant records in accordance with healthcare regulations. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress. Patient Population / Client FocusYour client base will include a diverse range of patients, from those recovering from surgeries and injuries to individuals with chronic conditions seeking relief and improved mobility. Drawing on your clinical skills, you will tailor your approach to address specific needs, fostering a supportive environment that encourages active participation in their own recovery journey.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A valid Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility. Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate excellent patient communication and relationship-building. Effective time management abilities to manage patient schedules and treatment plans efficiently.

Preferred Experience: We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of professional experience in physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient or home care setting. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and a commitment to ongoing professional development will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
