Attorney

Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for an Attorney located in Colorado. The Attorney will be responsible for drafting and revising business contracts and real estate purchase agreements, conducting legal research, and handling contract and real estate disputes.

Qualifications: Proficiency in Contract and Real Estate Law Strong experience drafting contracts – construction industry experience a plus Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Legal
