Project Manager

Responsibilities: Coordinate interior store improvement projects, including decorative wall elements, signage, and related in-store fixtures. Manage shipment timing and delivery logistics so materials arrive at each location according to project schedules. Attend on-site installations and walkthroughs to monitor progress, answer questions, and support successful execution. Direct installers during setup to confirm each item is placed accurately and secured properly. Communicate with vendors, installers, and project stakeholders to maintain alignment on timelines and site needs. Track multiple store projects at different stages and keep work organized across nearby retail locations. Review completed installations and verify that finished work meets visual and placement expectations. Travel to assigned store sites using a reliable personal vehicle and manage mileage reporting for business-related travel.
