Established Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a Legal Runner/Personal Assistant. A valid driver's license and fluency in Spanish and English are required.
Responsibilities Schedule appointments and assist with office runs
Personal shopping needs, daily lunch and dinner pick up orders
On-site security, travel planning, and event setup/tear down
Home visits to potential new clients of the firm
Frequent travel as needed with a fully insured reliable vehicle
Qualifications:
Must have valid driver's license and reliable, fully insured vehicle
Ability to travel frequently
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; driven with a strong work ethic
Able to integrate into a team, be adaptable, honest, and accountable
Background check clearance with clean driving record; ability to pass a drug test
Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and overtime as needed)
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
Energetic, upbeat demeanor; professional appearance
