Remote Mortgage Exceptions Specialist

SWBC is seeking an Exceptions processor to review documents missing key information and verify data with insurance agents and carriers. You will handle a variety of tasks from document intake to updates in the system, building subject-matter expertise in mortgage processing while protecting SWBC and client interests. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, 2+ years in data entry or customer service within mortgage/insurance/banking, and proficient MS Word/Excel skills.
