Residential Service Plumber / Plumbing Technician

Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential plumbing problems Perform water heater repairs and replacements Install and repair faucets, toilets, disposals, valves, PRVs, and fixtures Perform drain and sewer service as needed Diagnose water leaks and water-pressure issues Provide customers with clear repair and replacement options Explain recommendations professionally without high-pressure sales tactics Complete estimates, invoices, photos, and job documentation Maintain a clean and professional work area Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the day Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Follow company procedures and all applicable plumbing codes Be willing to learn new products, services, and installation methods as the company grows

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a plumber who is technically capable but also understands that residential service is about taking care of the customer. The right person should be professional, personable, organized, and comfortable speaking with homeowners about their plumbing needs and available options. Qualifications: Residential plumbing service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer-service and communication skills Ability to confidently explain repair and replacement options Professional appearance and attitude Dependable and punctual Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job documentation Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential plumbing work Willingness to continue learning and developing as a technician
